A walking dinner consists of several small dishes that together form a whole dinner. Guests do not have to sit at the table but can take the small dishes either sitting or standing up. Ideal during receptions where you want everyone to get in touch with each other.
We recommend a minimum of 7 dishes consisting of 3-4 x cold dishes and a maximum of 3 hot dishes and a dessert.

The walking dinner always starts with baskets of French bread with Aoli and tapenade and vegetable chips. We always charge 10% more than the specified guests.
You can choose from the various buffets. but the party manager will advise on your choice.

An example of a menu could be:

  • Baskets of French bread with herb butter, aoili and vegetable crisps
  • Amusel spoon with Carpaccio, pine nuts, truffle mayonnaise and Fresh Parmesan
  • Dutch Shrimp made with a homemade sauce
  • Vegetarian salad served
  • Kipspiesjes met Yakatoriesaus
  • Salmon steak topped with a white wine sauce
  • Puffed roseval potato with sour cream accompanied by stir-fried vegetables
  • Side – plate with fruit tray, whipped cream, chocolate mousse

Amuse

An Amuse is a small dish served in a small glass, spoon or plate.
For a drink we recommend 3 to 4 amuses per person.
You can choose from the dishes below, of course this can also be combined with the appetizers.

Cold dishes

  • Amuse spoon with carpaccio, pine nuts, truffle mayonnaise and fresh Parmesan
  • Amuse spoon with carved fillet of lamb stuffed with duck liver pâté burgers
  • Amuse spoon with scallops made with herb cheese and redcurrant
  • Dutch shrimps made with a homemade sauce served in tumble glass
  • Waldorf salad with fresh fruit served in a tumble glass
  • Side – plate with 3 kinds of sushi and wasabi
  • Raw tuna tartar marinated in lemon dressing
  • Vegetarian salad served in a tumble glass

Warm starters

  • Double-drawn beef stock with a kerry cream served in a tumble glass
  • Deep-fried shrimp on a bed of bean sprouts and a drop of flaming sauce
  • Tomato basil soup served in a wine glass
  • Mushroom soup served in a wine glass

Warm main courses:

  • Pork tenderloin topped with pepper cream sauce served on a side plate
  • Chicken skewers with yakatoria sauce served on a banana leaf
  • Salmon steak topped with a white wine sauce
  • Mushroom soup served in a wine glass
  • Thai stir-fried vegetables quenched with a soy sauce
  • Puffed roseval potato with sour cream accompanied by boiled greetings
  • Surinamese nasi with chicken breast, sweet and sour cucumber presented in a special way
  • Rotterdam mini hairdresser
  • Mini – bag of fries with fries sauce (side dish)

Desserts

  • White chocolate cheesecake with red fruits
  • Mini apple pie with whipped cream
  • Flute with white straciatella mouse with pisang among

Homemade potato salad, tomato cucumber salad, various sauces including
Peanut sauce and garlic sauce, freshly baked baguette with herb butter and French fries.

Tip! Don’t forget to pass on your vegetarian guests to us, we will then arrange for a
delicious vegetable skewer. Of course you can also order a vegetable skewer for all guests.
